Ruby Boulware Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Ruby Vestal Boulware passed away on May 5, 2022 in Corsicana, Texas. She was born March 19, 1927 in Jester, Texas to Melvin Turner and Jewell Hollifield. She married James Denver Boulware in January of 1943. Ruby was a seamstress as Hagger Slacks for 40 years. She also worked at the Pecan Factory for 10 years. She was a homemaker and raised two of her grandkids, Jennifer and James. She is preceded in death by her parents Melvin and Jewel Turner, husband James Denver Boulware, son Kenneth Boulware, and sister Wilma Linder. Ruby is survived by her son, Ricky Boulware; grandchildren, Kelly Boulware, Tanya and Shawn Mills, Kyle and Venessa Boulware, Jennifer and Jerry Don Boulware, and James and Brittany Boulware; sister, Dorothy and Gary Grice; along with 27 Great-Grandchildren, 17 Great-Great-Grandchildren, and a number of extended family members. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Monday, May 9, 2022 at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tony Stephens officiating. Burial will be at Dresden Cemetery. Pallbearers are James Boulware, Shawn Mills, Jerry Don Ware, Robert Reed, Ben Cantu, and Hunter O'Pry.
