Donna Hatfield

August 24, 1956 - December 8, 2021

Donna Kay Hatfield of Pursley, TX went home to be with her Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at 3:45am. Of all things in her life, her faith came first. She was dedicated to serving the Lord through ministries at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Pursley. She was also a dedicated Dawson Bulldog, where she spent 25+ years serving and loving students and coworkers. She made an impact on the lives of everyone who walked the halls of Dawson ISD. Her favorite thing was to watch her grand babies play sports. You could definitely tell she was at sporting events based on the noise level. She is proceeded in death by her father, James Troy Killingsworth, her mother, Bettye Jo Nelson, and her brother, David Chambers. Left to treasure her memory is her husband, Ronnie Hatfield, daughter Lynzee Hughes wife of David Hughes who parents Brendon, Gavin, and Alexandria, daughter Shelby Hogue wife of Aaron Hogue who parents Braiden, Bryson, and Brantley, son Hayden Hatfield husband of Amber Hatfield who parents Hezekiah and Dallas, two brothers Gary Killingsworth husband of Rosie Killingsworth, and Michael Killingsworth husband of Cristopher Nerland and many other friends and family. Visitation will be Friday, December 10, 2021, from 6-8pm at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 2:00pm Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home. Burial will be at New Pursley Cemetery.
