Billy Patrick Dosser Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Billy Patrick Dosser of Corsicana, TX passed away Thursday June 23, 2022, at the age of 69 with family at his side. Bill was born on March 5, 1953, to parents Ann and Woodrow Dosser in Corsicana, Texas. He graduated from Corsicana High School in 1971 and Navarro College in 1973. He retired from Southwestern Bell in 2003 after 30 years of service. Bill had many hobbies and spent much of his free time volunteering for several organizations such as the Palace Theatre and the Corsicana Weather Radar. He was also a member of the Corsicana Police Department Reserves for several years. He made numerous friends from around the world through his interest in electronics and as a HAM Radio Operator. Bill was a frequent contributor to the Navarro County History group online, often helping the community to remember forgotten stories of the past. Bill is preceded in death by his mother, Ann Tilton Dosser (2000) and father, Woodrow Wilson Dosser (2014). Bill is survived by sister Debra Jones (Stacy) of Huntsville, AL; brother Ronald Dosser (Karmen) of Woodville, TX; children Patrick Dosser (Gina) of San Antonio, TX, John Dosser (Elizabeth) of Dallas, TX, Megan Dunagan (Kenny) of Corsicana, TX and Will Dosser of Waxahachie, TX; grandchildren Aiden, Blake, Matias, Camila, and Cecilia. Arrangements will be handled by Griffin-Roughton with services to be held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Navarro County Historical Society located at 912 W Park Ave in Corsicana.
