Lisa Vander Graaf

Lisa Michelle Vander Graaf passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 50. Born on June 14, 1973, in Bradenton, Florida and later became a native of Corsicana, Texas. Lisa was devoted to being the best wife, mother, Leesie, daughter, sister, aunt, and servant to all others. Lisa was living her best life all the way into the arms of Jesus. To know her meant you were a part of her heart. Her greatest love was for her guys and family. Traditions and memories meant everything to her. She planned every adventure with great detail to make lasting memories. Lisa was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Johan (Joe) Vander Graaf of Florida and her Grandparents, Bill Ware and Marge Ware of Florida and Doug and Bee Robertson. Lisa is survived by the love of her life of 27 years, Jeff Vander Graaf of Corsicana, Texas. Her son and daughter-in-law, Colby and Kali Vander Graaf; Son, Layton Vander Graaf all of Corsicana, Texas. She was Leesie to two beautiful grandbabies, Harlie and Braxton Vander Graaf and baby Vander Graaf due in August; Mother, Donna Thomas and Stepfather Rick Thomas; Father, Sam Ware and Stepmother Brenda Ware of Florida; mother-in-law, Paulette Vander Graaf; sister-in-law, Kelly Vander Graaf Neeley and husband, Rob Neeley of Virginia. Beloved sister, Lori Ray, and husband Jason Ray; Her precious nieces and nephew that she adored, Colton Ray and Katrina Woo, Ashlynd Holcomb and husband Rhett Holcomb along with Banks Holcomb, Addison Ray and fiancé Andrew Denbow; Aunt, Cindy Skowfoe; Cousin Amanda Lohr, Brian and Cynthia Nordin, Michaela Neeley, Katelyn and Jacob Kern and their children Emberly Ellamae. Finally, her fur babies that she loved dearly, Tess, Ollie, Roxie and Itty Bitty. Lisa also leaves behind an abundance of bonus children and so many dear friends that she loved deeply. To honor the life of Lisa, please join the family on Friday, January 12, 2024, at The Cowboy Church of Corsicana at 5864 W. Business 31, Corsicana, Texas. Visitation with the family will begin at 10:00 AM with services to follow at 11:00 AM.
